SYMPTOM(s):
Problems resizing browse columns
Incorrect cursor behavior when resizing browse columns.
Mouse cursor changes to double arrow when placed over column border, but column border does not move when dragged.
If cursor is moved outside of browse, then back over column border, the mouse cursor still appears as pointer, but the column border can be dragged.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Browse is COLUMN-RESIZABLE.
Browse is not SELECTABLE.
Browse is not RESIZABLE.
Frame is RESIZABLE.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00189525
FIX:
None at this time. As a workaround, make the frame ( not to be confused with the browse or the browse columns) not RESIZABLE. If the frame that contains the browse is not resizable, the problem does not occur.
