CAUSE:
The application is loading the wrong version of usp10.dll
FIX:
usp10.dll is the Microsoft Windows set of services for rendering Unicode-encoded text. Make sure you use the latest version, which is delivered with Windows in \windows\system32 directory.
Make sure the Windows PATH environment variable includes %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot% at the beginning and reboot system.
