CHANGE:
Upgraded from OpenEdge 10.1B to OpenEdge 10.2A
CAUSE:
OpenEdge 10.2A product was installed on top of an older OpenEdge 10.1B installation.
FIX:
Install OpenEdge 10.2A in its own directory. Alternatively, completely uninstall the older OpenEdge 10.1B product before installing the new one.
