SYMPTOM(s):
Errors when starting a Progress database from ProControl
DBName ERROR: Invalid working directory
The working directory is a valid windows directory
Database can start from command line using
proserve DBName
CAUSE:
One of following could potentially be the cause of the error
1. Working directory is on a floppy drive
2. Working directory is on a CD-ROM drive
3. Working directory is on a mapped network drive
FIX:
Redefine working directory on a local file system
