WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: Disconnecting with no header on WTA output web stream. <BR> (5814)
The following error is shown on the web browser:

Messenger log shows the following error:
Msngr: Disconnecting with no header on WTA output web stream. (5814) : error= -28
FACT(s) (Environment):
The error -28 in wind32 stands for PEER_HAS_DISCONNECTED
Webspeed messenger and agents communicate in default SSL mode
Webspeed messenger is on the web server machine
The WebSpeed broker is running on a different machine
The error does not occur when messenger and broker are on the same machine
