SYMPTOM(s):
Fault Tolerant client does not connect to backup broker.
Always connects to primary broker.
No error messages.
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.1C
OpenEdge 10.2x
CAUSE:
Client Persistence was also set in the client code.
FIX:
Use either Fault Tolerance or Client Persistence.
Both can be used in one session, but can cause confusion on execution.
