The WSDL Analyzer fails to parse a 3rd-party WSDL document after it has been modified
The WSDL Analyzer works fine with the original WSDL document
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
In modifying the WSDL it became invalid.
FIX:
A Web Service specialist needs to review the WSDL document to see why it has become invalid. Ideally this needs to be done by the person who designed / generated the original WSDL document. Progress Technical Support can review the WSDL document if needed, but ultimately it's not their responsibility to correct invalid WSDL documents.
