R-code is not in the directory specified in the project properties
The r-code is been stored in a bin directory under the project root directory
The r-code is not been stored the Build Destination specified through the project properties
FACT(s) (Environment):
The project is created using the "Use separate source and rcode directories" option under Project Layout

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00188054
FIX:
Create the projects selecting the option "Use project root directory for source and rcode" option under Project Layout.
Afterwards it is possible to specify a different location for the r-code through the project properties (Project--> Properties--> OpenEdge--> Build--> Build Destination)
