After migrating from 10.1A to 10.1B ABL client fails to connect to the web service with error 11733

CAUSE:
In order to preserve the OpenEdge environment properties from 10.1A to 10.1B, the end user replaced the whole properties folder of the 10.1B installation by the one of the previous 10.1A installation. This cause the wrong serialization.xml file to be loaded.
FIX:
Restore the serialization.xml shipped with the current installation.
