relative pathnames contain backslash in .esboe

FACT(s) (Environment):

Generate Sonic ESB Invocation file .esboe using ProxyGen on Windows
Choosing Parent directory instead of .r file in ProxyGen
Using .esboe in Sonic Workbench on Windows and calling with it AppServer on Solaris.
OpenEdge 10.2A
Windows
Solaris

CAUSE:

Bug# OE00187234

CAUSE:

This is because the fix of OE00166308 which is to add a slash to the end of the ProcPath value when generating the .esboe via the OpenEdge Architect so that at runtime the accessor getProcPath will translate the path based on the platform from where it is run is not implemented yet in ProxyGen.

FIX:

Replace backslash with forward slash in ProcPath tag of esboe file.
