SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient deployment using bootstrap installation does not invoke application installation
Boostrap.htm correctly installs WebClient runtime executable, but fails to proceed with application installation
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebClient executable is installed following the bootstrap process

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00187242
CAUSE:
WebClient 10.2A initializer executable (prowcini.exe) is not being properly invoked using the ether.property being responsible
to launch the application installation.
FIX:
Split the WebClient installation in 2 steps:
- Installation of the WebClient runtime executable, and
- Installation of the WebClient application (upon sucesfull installation of the WebClient runtime)
