SYMPTOM(s):
OpenEdge Architect uses default startup parameters despite "Add default parameters" option being unchecked
Default startup parameters are added to the session despite de-selecting the option in Project properties
FACT(s) (Environment):
Default parameters are:
-debugalert -inp 16000 -tok 4000 -rereadnolock -s 200 -mmax 65534
Clearing the Default Startup Parameters field in Preferences > OpenEdge Architect > Startup has no effect
Launch Configuration does not list any entries in the Session Startup Parameter field
Problem does not occur in OpenEdge 10.1C

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00186711
CAUSE:
The Launch Configuration store information from the default startup parameters on the ABL and Performance tabs. The settings, used by the Launch Configuration used to start the application, are not reset when "Add default parameters" is changed.
FIX:
Option #1
Set "Add default parameters" to the desired state and create a new Launch Configuration.
Use the new Launch Configuration to execute the code.
Option #2
Open the current Launch Configuration and manually clear the settings in the ABL and Performance tabs.
