Summary: The 7.3B commercial release of Progress will give this
error on Windows 95 when you run the _progres.exe character
executable. Applying the latest patch for the 7.3B release fixes this
problem. As of 1/22/99 the latest patch is 7.3B21.
Details:
The 7.3C and higher releases of ProVision also include the
character executable. The copy of _progres.exe contained in those
versions includes the fix that eliminates the dloader.dll error.
