Broken link in OpenEdge Architect Welcome page
From the Welcome page, clicking on "OpenEdge Architect Product Tour & Tutorials" navigates to the Progress Communities "Unauthorized" page, where one of the following two error messages is displayed:
Try logging in to view what you requested.
It appears you're not allowed to view what you requested. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.

Links on the Progress Communities "Unauthorized" page work.
Other links on the Welcome page work.

Bug# OE00186308
CAUSE:
The URL of the OpenEdge Product Tour was changed when the Progress web site was redesigned. The link will be updated in future OpenEdge releases. The fix provided below allows customers to update the link in their own current copies of OpenEdge Architect.
FIX:
As of this writing, the OpenEdge product tour may be found at:
http://web.progress.com/openedge/openedge-tour.html
Copies of OpenEdge Architect 10.1A that link to an obsolete URL may be updated as follows:
Navigate to %DLC%\oeide\eclipse\plugins
Depending on the service pack level, one or more of these folders will be present:
com.openedge.pdt.core_10.1.0.00
com.openedge.pdt.core_10.1.0.01
com.openedge.pdt.core_10.1.0.02
Open the highest-numbered folder.
Open the intro folder.
Back up welcome.html.
Open welcome.html with a text editor.
Search for the string "http://www.progress.com/products/documentation/architect_demos/index.ssp". There will be two occurrences; the second will be on the line immediately below the first.
Replace each occurrence of the above string with "http://web.progress.com/openedge/openedge-tour.html".
Save and exit the text editor.
Restart OpenEdge Architect. The Product Tour links on the Welcome page should now point to the correct page.
Copies of OpenEdge Architect 10.1B, 10.1C, or 10.2A may be updated as above except for the following differences:
In step 1, navigate to %DLC%\oeide\architect\eclipse\plugins
In step 2, depending on the OpenEdge release and service pack level one or more of these folders will be present:
