Ribbon Bar not shown in the OpenEdge Architect toolbox
FACT(s) (Environment):

OpenEdge 10.2A
CAUSE:
During the installation of OE 10.2A the "Install Microsoft Office 2007 UI Capabilities" option was not chosen.
FIX:
Reinstall OpenEdge 10.2A with the "Install Microsoft Office 2007 UI Capabilities" option selected.
