FACT(s) (Environment):
The same code works fine with MS Outlook 2003

CAUSE:
Beginning Outlook 2007, CDO 1.2.1, which contains the MAPI class, is no longer provided as a part of the install of the product.
CDO 1.2.1 is available as a separate download.
FIX:
Install the CDO 1.2.1 package.
