Error 1423 when trying to start the database with the -m3 parameter
Error 1423 when trying to start a primary login broker with the -m3 parameter
There is no server for database <dbname>. (1423)
The database is not running

CAUSE:
The -m3 parameter is only used to start a secondary login broker.
FIX:
Remove the -m3 parameter when starting a primary login broker.
