SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer hang on stop command and any ubroker or name server management commands
AdminServer hang on "proadsv -stop"
AdminServer hang on "nsman -q" "nsman -start" "nsman -stop"
AdminServer hang on "asbman -start" "asbman -stop" "asbman -q"
AdminServer java process can not be stopped
AdminServer java process has to be manually killed
Only occurs on OpenEdge HP-UX 64 bit product
FACT(s) (Environment):
No errors in admserv.lg
No java exceptions
No issue running HP-UX 32 bit product on the same server
AdminServer and all unified brokers all work properly when system plugin is commented out in AdminServerPlugins.properties

CAUSE:
For HPUX case , there is an HP-UX OS patch missing on the system therefore causing osmetrics.dll failing to load, therefore hang AdminServer
FIX:
Apply the missing system patch, reboot the machine, and restart AdminServer
Or
If not running Fathom management, comment out systemplugins from AdminServerPlungins.properties file and restart AdminServer
