CAUSE:
Bug# OE00185471
FIX:
For a workaround use ProBindingSource:MaxDataGuess property for a performance enhancement for very large record set. This feature was added in 10.2A02 and 10.2B. Using this property correctly will result in the initial display in the grid to be instantaneous.
