When searching the external knowledge base on a specific error, information will be provided regarding what the error is as well as existing solutions that contain the error. If you select the View Error Description: ERROR XXXXX you will see the one line error message that is contained within the PROMSGS file and any additional description in the PROMSGS file that goes beyond the specific one liner error message you normally see. These entries are not solutions. They come directly from the PROMSGS file.
Existing solutions that contain that error are in the bottom section of the web browser in the section titled: "XX Results Found in Progress".
