Replication source database is not synching with the replication target due to service file problem
9407 message is repeated in the source database log file.
source.repl.properties file configured appropriately
source.repl.properties file defines port number for control agent
target database is started with -S portname
Connection failure for host <host> port <port> transport <transport_name>. (9407)

CAUSE:
rpserver is unable to find the port for the target database due to a problem with the port name as defined in the services file.
FIX:
Either correct the port name definition in the services file or use a port number.
