Open Progress Explorer and connect to machine the AppServer broker is running on
In the AppServer folder right click on the required broker and select Properties
Expand the Agent tab and go to Pool range
Make the required changes in the "initial number of servers to start", "Maximum servers" and "Minimum servers" fields
