OpenEdge Management seems to crash/hang when free java memory hits the -Xmx threshold

FIX:
OpenEdge Management stabilizes after further increasing the -Xmx setting.

Monitoring during peak time of the Java Memory heap with the OE management diagnostic tool
http:// <OE MGMNT host name>:<OE Mgmnt port>/diagnostics/system.jsp
