Starting AppServer with -nolckctr parameter, which is not a valid parameter
AppServer parameter should have been -nolkctr parameter.

CAUSE:
-nolckctr is not recognize as a valid parameter and Progress will default to a parameter that is recognized, in this case -n.
FIX:
Enter a valid parameter.
