The system cannot find the path specified.
Unable to startup PROGRESS Debugger. (4106)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.1C03 Service Pack
CAUSE:
The PATH and / or DLC and possibly other System environment variables, hard coded via the My Computer > Properties > Environment Variables, were pointing to an older OpenEdge version that has been perviously uninstalled and deleted.
FIX:
Ensure that there is no conflict between the System Environment Variables that are set using the My Computer Properties and those that are set by OpenEdge.
