SYMPTOM(s):
Nameserver crashes with error 8217
Exception: java.util.NoSuchElementException: Vector Enumeration (8217)
Admin server log file has the 8157 error
AdminServer] *java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused. (8157)
NameServer starts correctly.
AppServers register correctly with NameServer.
nsman -i NS1 -q works correctly
One Appserver has priority weight set to negative value.

AppServer priority weight set to negative value
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00184165
FIX:
AppServer's should not have a negative priority weight. Make the value for priority weight a value between 0 (off) to 100.
