Loading PSDN renewal file fails with Error Code -5011
Problem is specific to PSDN Renewal Kit license addendum htm file. It doesn't happen with Starter or Update Kit
An error (-5011 : 0x80040707) has occurred while running the setup.

Running "License Update" utility and choosing license addendum file
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00183729
FIX:
The only way to extend PSDN subscription at the moment is to enter license information manually
