The database is a copy of a live production database that was copied using an OS copy command.

CAUSE:
Copying a live database using an operating system copy command may result in data corruption since not all changes may have been recorded in the database files before the copy completed.
FIX:
Use the probkup utility with the online option to back up the database. Then copy the backup to the development machine and restore it using the prorest utility.
