Using serialize connection object in OpenEdge client for ClientConnect connection to SonicMQ broker.

CAUSE:
This error is due to the permissions on the serialize connection object file not being set to allow reading of the file when setting the connection file.
FIX:
Verify that the permissions on the serial connection object file (.sjo) is set to allow reading of the file.
