FACT(s) (Environment):
Screen resolution is set to 120 dpi
Screen resolution is set to Large size
The problem is not observed with screen resolution set to normal size
The problem is not observed with screen resolution set to 96 DPI

Changed the operative system screen resolution

System resolution and Font settings affect Widgets position and look.
FIX:
Set the screen resolution to 96 DPI / Normal size
