Unable to change FONT attribute of a FRAME's TITLE
FRAME TITLE's FONT is always displayed with the same default font
DEFINE FRAME <frame-name> WITH TITLE FONT <font #> <frame-title-expression>.
Documentation suggests that FONT is a READ and WRITE property for FRAME TITLE
