No information (records) shown in the SCM Tool Control window
SCM Xref Data Generation tool reports:
The SCM Tool is not available.
SCM Xref data can only be generated when data is available from both the ICFDB database and the SCM tool at the same time.
FACT(s) (Environment):
SCM tools data for RoundTable is loaded by default in every ICFDB repository database

CAUSE:
The data for SCM tools was deleted from the repository
FIX:
Re-load src\dynamics\db\icf\dump\gscsm.ado via dataset import.
This ADO has the default data for the RoundTable SCM tool.
