SYMPTOM(s):
Debugger does not work in the Architect workspace
The debugger process terminates before entering in the source code
FACT(s) (Environment):
The source code can be a class or a procedure
The workspace is located on the local drive
The problem occurs with all the projects that are in the same workspace
The problem is not observed in different workspaces
Disabling and enabling the debugger in PROENV does not solve the problem
