SYMPTOM(s):
Error when changing decimal formatting of fill-in in AppBuilder.
When changing the decimal formatting of a fill-in the Properties Sheet an error is generated
Illegal format mask specification.
FACT(s) (Environment):
AppBuilder was started with parameter -E.
The problem is not observed when "Use Thousand's separator" is disabled
The problem is not observed when the format is changed using the Format button
