Progress.NetUI.dll is not strong named.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.2x
CAUSE:
Progress does not strong name or sign any of the OpenEdge components. This is not specific to 10.2A01. The only exception to this is OpenClient for .NET where we give three strong-name/signing options.
FIX:
This is the expected behavior. If you would like this feature to be implemented, please log an Enhancement Request
