Problem opening perspective 'com.openedge.pdt.text.ProgressPerspective'
Error in install.log:
Tailoring OpenEdge Architect Installation
The tailoring of the DBNavigator's OpenEdge driver could not take place since the default_drivers.xml file could not be found.
Finished tailoring Openedge Architect installation.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The file default_drivers.xml does exist. Its location is:
<DLC>\oeide\architect\eclipse\plugins\com.progress.dbnavigator_2.1.0\default_drivers.xml
During installation, no errors appear
The problem has only been observed in one machine

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00182600
CAUSE:
Several keys under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PSC\PROGRESS and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS had 10.2AÀ instead of 10.2A
FIX:
Replace every occurrence of 10.2AÀ with 10.2A using regedit
