SYMPTOM(s):
Window objects initially display incorrectly when Windows 2008 Remote App setting is used
The browser dropdowns and fill-ins are shifted from where they should be
If the window is moved using the upper bar in the window, it is redrawn correctly
Only the initial display of the window is incorrect
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 2008 Terminal Server is used to connect to the server machine
Windows 2008 Terminal Server has "Remote App" property enabled
The problem is not observed if the application is executed on the server machine
The problem is not observed if Remote Desktop is used

CAUSE:
Microsoft visualization problem. Progress calls the Windows API functions to draw the windows.
FIX:
Use Remote Desktop to connect to the Windows Server
