Windows XP
OpenEdge 10.x
FIX:
In the Windows Start Menu, choose Programs, Administrative Tools, Services.
Right mouse click the "AdminService for OpenEdge" service for the OpenEdge version you are running.
Choose Properties
Select the Log On tab
