CAUSE:
When receiving a RunTime4GLStopException in a .NET or Java application using an OpenClient proxy object that is typically a sign that a STOP condition has been generated on the AppServer in the 4GL/ABL code that is running there.
FIX:
Check the AppServer.server.log for errors and resolve them.
