SYMPTOM(s):
SQL-width error after upgrade
ErrorCode=-210012
[DataDirect][OpenEdge JDBC Driver][OpenEdge] Column in table has value exceeding its max length or precision.
FACT(s) (Environment):
DBtool does not fix the SQL-width error (7864)
Using proutil dbname -C conv910 to upgrade the database
Table contains numeric fields

CHANGE:
Upgrade from version 9.1D09 to 10.1C or 10.2A
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00182382
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge Service Pack 10.1C04
Workaround is dump and reload the database by;
1.dump the definitions (.df) and data (.d) of the specific table
2. delete the specific table.
3. Reload the definition (.df) and data (.d) of the specific table into the database
