SYMPTOM(s):
A Windows beta installation fails with the following error:
The Setup utility detected an attempt to install a 32 bit installation
into an existing -1 bit installation. Aborting...

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00175828
CAUSE:
An existing beta version must first be uninstalled before installing a newer beta version.
FIX:
Add the following line to the [State Info] section of the existing beta installation's %DLC%\installd.ini file:
nPlatformId=31
Uninstall the existing beta version first, then install the new beta version.
