NUM-ENTRIES function always returns 1
FACT(s) (Environment):
The ASCII text in the widget is read from a .txt file

CAUSE:
Bug#OE00182089
FIX:
Hitting the Enter key on the keyboard generates ascii character 10 (line feed) and 13 (carriage return). Instead of counting for character 13, count for character 10
