SYMPTOM(s):
BI threshold can sometimes be set to a value that is lower than the current BI size
BI file was artificially grown to e.g. 4GB using proutil -C bigrow
DB can be started with -bithold 2000
FACT(s) (Environment):
BI Cluster size is 32MB
If BI cluster size is changed to e.g. 64MB or 256MB the database fails to start with -bithold set to a value lower than the BI file had been grown to:
BROKER 0: BI file size is greater than the BI file threshold size. (6566)
BROKER 0: You must truncate the BI file or increase the BI threshold size. (6567)
