This delay when querying the AdminServer is not observed on HP-UX 11.23 or 11.31
HP-UX 11i 32-bit
HP-UX 11i 64-bit
OpenEdge 10.1C
CAUSE:
Bug # OE00172146
FIX:
Upgrade the Operating System to HP-UX 11.23 or 11.31 where the issue does not seem to occur.
