SYMPTOM(s):
Numerous java errors in admserv.log file
Error start just after dbagents start against databases
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00168739
CAUSE:
Monitored databases were previously 10.1B or earlier that were migrated to 10.1C without a dump and load. The converted 10.1A, 10.1B, 10.0B databases are missing VST schema expected by the dbagent in 10.1C/3.1C.
FIX:
Stop the databases and run the following command:
proutil dbname -C updatevst
Restart the databases and their dbagents. The errors should no longer appear in the admserv.log or ads0.exp
