Progress Explorer is unable to communicate with a running WSA instance
Status displays "Web Service Adapter <WS Name> is Not Running"
ubroker.properties included previous modifications
IP address of Tomcat server was changed
FACT(s) (Environment):
The WSA servlet is configured correctly
The WSA servlet is up and running
Tomcat 6.0
OpenEdge 10.1C
CAUSE:
A web services previously configured was deleted without disabling and un-deploying it.
FIX:
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
1. Delete the WSA instance.
2. Shut down and restart Tomcat.
3. Shut down and restart the AdminServer.
4. Recreate the WSA instance.
5. Redeploy the Web services.
