Dictionary File security not working when running .r's
In the Data Dictionary, under ADMIN security, if you don't give
a user CAN-READ, CAN-WRITE, CAN-CREATE or CAN-DELETE privileges
and you create an r-code file that includes INSERT CUSTOMER, the
user cannot update the database.
The procedure file doesn't run but the r-code file does.
This issue is logged as a bug. It was tested on MISSEQ 6.2G39 and
6.3B3P and on SUN 6.2O and 6.3.
