SYMPTOM(s):
OE Architect: OE AppBuilder Edit > Insert > Trigger fails for DIALOG frames
The 'Choose Trigger' dialog is not open on selecting Edit > Insert > Trigger from the OpenEdge Architect AppBuilder Perspective to add a trigger for a DIALOG frame.
Nothing happens when focus is given to a DIALOG frame and Edit > Insert > Trigger is selected from the OpenEdge Architect AppBuilder Perspective

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00181798
FIX:
None at this time. As a workaround, follow the following steps to create a trigger for a DIALOG frame:
Select any other widget on the Dialog frame
From the AppBuilder menu, select Edit > Insert > Trigger
Pick the desired event from the 'Choose Trigger' dialog
The generated trigger code will be displayed in the Editor View
Manually replace the widget name with that of the Dialog Frame name
Add the desired code to the trigger
