User defines agent transition as automatic in source.repl.properties file
dsrutil source -C monitor replication server status shows target transition as automatic
Auto transition is not allowed if peer-shutdown-action is RECOVERY
Agent reconfigured for Manual Transition

CAUSE:
Auto transition is not allowed if agent-shutdown-action is RECOVERY. The agent is then reconfigured for Manual Transition
FIX:
Edit the .repl.properties files and change the agent-shutdown-action to NORMAL. This is located under the SERVER section.
If automatic transition is required by the DR plan, then the agent /must/ be set to "Critical" in order for transition to be automatic: critical=1. The dsrutil -C monitor will then show the agent status as "automatic"
