CAUSE:
The session type data in repository is corrupt.
This corruption can have multiple causes.
One confirmed cause is that the repository was dumped, and then loaded into a new database with a different decimal format (ie. dumped with European notation and loaded with American notation). This corrupted all *_obj fields in the repository.
FIX:
Determine and resolve the cause of the repository corruption.
For the confirmed cause above, ensure the repository data is loaded into the new database using the same numerical separator and decimal point as it was dumped with.
